Teen/Adult Kickboxing & Fitness
Teen/Adult Kickboxing & Fitness was developed for those interested in getting into great shape and learning some serious kickboxing skills, some basic self-defense, and a few basic karate concepts. The class covers all the basics of kickboxing - footwork, proper punching and blocking techniques, kicking, and mitt drills - and includes cardio and weight training designed to burn fat and build muscle for optimal sport performance.
A typical class includes:
